TMC SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
Spiritual Direction for Trans Mission Ministry staff members.
THE DETAILS
Spiritual Direction is a spacious hour with a trained ear to help you explore your thoughts, emotions & experiences and with the intention of locating God's presence with you in them. Here you'll find nonjudgmental space to show up as your whole self and put words to how you feel in your soul about life & faith. Sessions are filled with curious questions, compassionate witnessing, pregnant pauses, and aha-moments as you begin to release shame, embrace your enoughness and recognize the ways you are deeply seen, held and loved. All sessions are confidential and can include art-making if desired. ABOUT ELIZA JANE: Eliza Jane (she/they) is a trauma-informed Spiritual Director, Therapeutic Art Guide & aspiring good-enoughist. She loves helping others create a life of Love in the midst of religious deconstruction or trauma and draw close to God as their whole, integrated selves. Living with PTSD, Eliza knows how trauma affects our ability to be present and connect with God. She takes a whole-person approach; holding space through a trauma informed lens and with underpinnings in somatic (body) awareness, integrative parts work (IFS) and therapeutic art. When she's not in sessions, Eliza can be found working toward her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or tending to her own soul at her kitchen table art studio.
