Hi Friend! I'm so glad you'd like to connect! We can use this 30 minute Open Studio session for whatever it needs to be whether that be simply catching up over coffee or chatting about a possible collaboration. I love reconnecting with old clients, mentors, and peers. I also love forming new partnerships and working alongside other spiritual directors, therapists and organizations. Some of my past collaborations have included offering 1:1 spiritual direction to: - students as a benefit to a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program. - staff members of an LGBTQ+ non-profit as a work benefit. - participants as part of of a wellness retreat. - clients of therapists as an adjunct approach to their mental health treatment plan. As a trauma informed spiritual director, I have also led group spiritual direction as well as trainings and workshops, each with a focus on trauma informed spirituality. Other possibilities include therapeutic art sessions for individuals, groups, and retreats!
